When you request a quote we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email if given, ZIP code, the service you're interested in, and any notes about your home. We use this information to prepare your quote, schedule service, and communicate with you.
If you check the text-consent box, we may text you your quote and scheduling updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing text blasts.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (for example, our form provider delivers your request to our inbox).
We keep quote and client records only as long as needed to serve you. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@freshnestathome.com.
This site currently uses no advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics to understand site usage, this policy will be updated.
